JKGAD Jobs Recruitment 2022 Chairman, Member(s) JKBOPEE.

Applications on prescribed proforma are invited from the citizens of India, for the position of Chairman, and Member(s) in the JKBOPEE Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations.

Number of Posts: The number of posts to be filled up shall be as under:

• Chairman: 1 Post
• Member (s): as may be determined by the Government

Remuneration: The Chairman and Member(s) shall receive salary/ allowances and facilities as per their entitlement.

Upper Age Limit: Age of the candidate(s) as on 1st January, 2022 shall not exceed 62 years and shall not be subject to any relaxation.

Term of Office:

The appointment of the candidate as Chairman or Member(s) shall be made on tenure basis up to a maximum of two years and the candidate shall be eligible for re-appointment for another such term or until he/she attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

Essential Minimum qualification and experience: A candidate shall be eligible for consideration for selection/ appointment only if he/she possesses the following qualification/ experience:

Chairman: An academician or educationist of high repute having served for not less than 25 years or a person who holds or has held the post of a Secretary to Government or equivalent.

Member(s): An academician of repute having served in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir for not less than 20 years or a person having served as Special Secretary to the Government or against equivalent post or Professor of a University or a College.

Applications duly completed in all respects and accompanied with the documentary evidence, on the prescribed proforma, shall be submitted either through email: [email protected] or in person (hardcopy) in the office of Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu/ Srinagar by or before the notified cutoff date.

Last date for receipt of application: 17-03-2022. Applications received after cutoff date shall not be entertained,

Recommendations made by a Government Department or any University or any other recognized autonomous or statutory institution shall also be treated as applications against the aforementioned posts. Applications and recommendations shall also contain the details of the candidates as specified in the advertisement.
