ADMISSION NOTICE

Applications on the prescribed format as per Annexure-A to this Admission Notice are invited from the interesting candidates who want to undergo Free Skill Development Vocational Training in the below mentioned courses/trades to be conducted under the Govt, of India (MHRD) Sponsored Scheme of Community Development Through Polytechnics, functional at Govt. Polytechnic Bikram Chowk, Jammu. The Advertisement along with Application form can also be downloaded from Institution Website www.qovtPQlvtechniciammu.edu.in

Preference in selection will be given to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority and other weaker sections of the society, BPL, AAY category and Rural areas.

The last date of receipt of Application forms in this office is on or before 20-09-2015 upto 2:00 PM

List of Selected Candidates will be displayed on 01-10-2015

The candidates applying for undergoing training will attach the following Documents duly attested by a gazetted officer with their application forms otherwise the applications will not be entertained.

Qualification Certificate ,Date of Birth Certificate,Permanent Resident Certificate, Two Coloured Passport size photographs, Category Certificate, if any, Latest Income Certificate issued by the Authorized Revenue Officer with Proper seal dispatch No. and date of issue.

1. Note: Candidates appearing for counseling should bring with them their original testimonials on the date of counseling
