Job Title Commercial Officer

Department Stores

Location Jammu Factory.

Job Purpose To ensure proper receipt, dispatch, and storage of finish products, to and from the factory to avoid any loss due to leakage or damage.

Key Skills Proper knowledge of GST Invoice, E-way Billing and Having good hold on Local Transportation.

Key Deliverables

• Responsible for executing the dispatch plan given by Marketing department & leading a team of supervisors to ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods to their respective destination with stipulated period of time.

• Responsible for staking the finished goods material in F.G store with respective to their Batch wise.

• Responsible for Preparing daily report to the company’s Vice president with weekly and daily dispatch plans and progress.

• Responsible for transport- Planning & arrangement of Truck/vehicles according to Sales order quantities.

• Responsible for Cost saving & Pricing, Co-ordination with transports for best quotation.

• Responsible for GST Invoice and E-Way bill (all type of billing IB and Brand online e way billing)

• Responsible for Dispatch Planning-PO tracking, generate PR & PO on daily basis. Dispatch all planed finish goods material & check all material at the time of loading.

• Ensuring proper labour utilization according to dispatch plan on daily basis. Check vehicle condition before load material and after complete loading. prepare loading check list at the time of loading.

• Responsible for coordinate with Customers, transports, HOD for Finish Goods stock, FG Sales & sales rate updation. Out transit material on daily

• Responsible for coordinate with various internal teams such as production, accounting, logistics, store etc. to develop and execute the dispatch on FIFO basis method.

• Responsible for maintaining required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries.

Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate from recognized university

Experience 5-6 years of proven experience in Manufacturing industry
