DSEJ Summer vacations notification clarification.

The order No. 150-DSEJ of 2022 dated: 21-05-2022 issued for observance of summer vacations for the year 2022 of the Summer Zone of Jammu Division w.e.f. 23rd May 2022 to 9th July 2022 upto 8th class and w.e.f. 30th May 2022 to 9th July 2022 for 9th to 12th class. A number of representations have been received from various Schools and parents regarding the ongoing examination as per the calendar already announced by the schools and have requested for the continuation for the same till its culmination.

In view of above It Is Impressed upon all the schools who have pre-scheduled Board/Internal Examination(s), if any during the time period are allowed to conduct them as per schedule, subject to condition that no Class work
and other activities are conducted.

The CEO concerned shall get the same verified from calendar/date-sheet already published.

Further, the staff engaged In conduct of examination shall attend the duties as per published date-sheet.
Any default on the part of Private School(s) in observance of the calendar of the summer vacations so authorized shall attract action under rules.
