JAMMU AND KASHMIR PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

SOLINA, SRINAGAR-190009 NOTIFICATION NO. PSC/EX-15/44 DATED: 30-09-2015

1- Whereas, the J&K Public Service Commission conducted Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2014 on 30.08.2015; and

2- whereas, in pursuance of Rule 12B of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examination) Rules, 2005, the official key for General Studies and Optional Papers was notified and published through local dailies as also uploaded on the official website of the Commission for information of the candidates . It was also notified that should any candidate feel that the key to any of the questions is wrong, he/she may represent to the Controller of Examinations within a period of three days from the date of its publication alongwith documentary proof /evidence; and

3- whereas, in response to the notification, a number of representations were received by the J&K Public Service Commission; and

4- whereas, these representations were examined and were sent to a team of Experts for opinion as provided for in the rules; and

5- whereas, as per the report furnished by the team of Experts, incorrectness in questions in respect of various subjects has been found as shown in the table below:-
