Subject:      Appointment of Junior Assistants.
Reference:  Recommendation of Junior Selection Committee (By Circulation)
OFFICE ORDER NO. SIMS 206 (P) OF 2015 DATED: NOVEMBER 12-2015

Consequent upon non-joining of few Candidates as Junior Assistants within the stipulated joining period appointed vide Office Order No. 134 (P) of 2015 dated August 03, 2015 and cancellation thereon, Sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of the following persons as Junior Assistants in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + 1900/- against the available vacancies on probation for a period of two years under the categories shown against each:-

The appointees are required to join duty within (21) days from the date of issuance of this order, failing which it will be presumed that they are no longer interested and the candidate in the wait list shall be considered for appointment in his place.

The appointees shall be required to produce the following certificates in original in the office of Senior Administrative Officer (Policy) at the time of joining:-

1. Date of Birth (Matriculation) Certificate.
2. Academic/professional/ qualification/ Marks certificates.
3. Non-drawl of Loan Certificate from concerned General Manager District Industries Centre and Dy. Director Employment.
4. Medical Fitness Certificate.
5. State Subject Certificate.
6. Reserved category certificate, wherever applicable.
7. Character/ antecedents certificate.

The above appointments are made subject to verification of the qualification certificates with regard to recognition and genuineness of the same.

Before the joining report of the above appointees are entertained, the appointees shall be required to:-

Undergo Medical FitnessTest at SKIMS which will include CBC, Routine Biochemistry, HBs Ag, Anti HCV/FIIV, ECG, X-ray chest PA view against payment basis on the basis of actual rates charged by SKIMS. In case the Medical Board constituted for the purpose declares a candidate unfit, the joining report of such candidate shall not be accepted.

Submit an affidavit in the prescribed proforma enclosed herewith, duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that in the event any certificate(s) of the appointee is proved to be fictitious/fake, the concerned appointee shall be responsible for the consequences and he/she shall be liable for termination from the services besides other punitive action under law and in case any adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from the District Magistrate concerned, the appointee shall have no right to claim appointment and his/her appointment as such shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

Further, salary of the above appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to them unless satisfactory report about their character and antecedents and verification of other documents/ certificate is received from the concerned authorities.

The appointees shall be governed by the J&K Civil Services Regulations (Temporary) Service Rules, J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules and other rules and regulations as are applicable to the State Government Employees and the Rules as may be framed by the Institute from time to time.
