Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Assistant Professors on Academic Arrangement (AA) on need basis in the School of Architecture, GCET Campus, Jammu for the Academic Session 2022-23 on need basis, as per the details mentioned.

Name of the post: 

Assistant Professor (Architecture) 

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B.Arch and  Master’s Degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 6O percent marks at either level and 01 year of relevant professional experience.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B.Arch with minimum GO percent marks and minimum of three years of relevant professional experience

Assistant Professor (Structural Engineering) 

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with minimum 60% narks at either level
and one year of relevant professional experience.

Selection Process: The Principal, School of Architecture, Jammu shall conduct interviews and/or arrange a written/screening test for the eligible candidates if required. However, the candidates with NET/SLET/Ph.D are exempted from written/screening test. The selection of the candidates shall be made by the Selection Committee strictly on the basis of the Merit list to be prepared.
