Mission youth Scholarship scheme Update

Release of Second Instalment of JK Super-75 and JK SuperB-75 Scholarship Schemes of Mission Youth.

The final selection list of candidates under the Super-75 and JK SuperB-75 Scholarship scheme of Mission Youth was issued on 12-03-2022 and subsequently, the first installment was released to the selected candidates under the scholarship scheme.

The scheme covers the following expenses:

1. Admission Fee

2. Tuition

Advertisement

3. Library Fee

4. Laboratory Fee

5. Sports Fee

6. Examination Fee

7. Hostel Charges/ Hostel Fee

8. Transport Fee

9. Other expenses, not exceeding Rs. 10,000 incurred on Purchase of Books/Study Materials/Stationery Items etc.

As the second installment of the scholarship scheme is due, the selected candidates are intimated through the medium of this notice to submit the application form for release of second installment (Annexure-A) along with following documents as mandated by the scheme guidelines and as notified in the above referred final selection notice:

1. Certificate from University/Institution that the candidate attended more than 80% theory and 90% practical classes, if applicable, in the previous academic year.

2. Proof of successful completion of first year.

3. Expenditure details of First Year with documentary proof (on account of expenditure on heads listed in point (1) above.

4. Original receipts showing expenditure on account of the above-mentioned permissible expenses

5. In case the candidate has completed the degree, the candidate shall also submit the final mark-sheet for passing the degree.

The Candidates shall submit the application form along with original receipts at the below-mentioned locations as per the schedule given below:

TRIBAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE- COMPUTER LAB, 3rd FLOOR, HAJJ HOUSE, BEHIND RBI, BAHU PLAZA, JAMMU

SRINAGAR

OFFICE OF DISTRICT YOUTH SERVICES AND SPORTS OFFICER, NEAR TAGORE HALL, WAZIR BAGH, SRINAGAR

Note: Candidates can submit the applications at any on the above locations as per their convenience. Candidate may note that calculation of the second installment shall be done as per the procedure laid out in the above referred final selection notice.
