ENGAGEMENT/HIRING OF HELPERS/AAYAS UNDER ECCE FOR THE YEAR 2024-25 AND INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS THEREOF. ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION NO :02

In pursuance to State Project Director Samagr Shiksha J&K letter No. Edu/PD/SmS/ECCE/Aaya /4517-41/2024-25 DATED 23.4.24 endorsed vide CEO  Jammu’s letter No. CEO/1000-10 dated 24.4.24 , the village level (in case of rural area) and ward level ( in case of urban area ) applications as per annexure A are invited from the female candidates for the engagement of AAYAS in the schools mentioned in the Annexure B where enrolment of pre primary classes in minimum 5 students for the current academic session i.e 2024-25 . The engagement is purely temporary in nature and co terminus with academic session . the engagement is governed by guidelines issued by chirag society order No. 07 of chirag 2023 dated 9.1.2023, with subsequent fags issued vide No. Edu/PD/SmS/ Quality / 1975/2023-24. Dated 8.6.23and amendments made by Chirag society order No.150-Chirag of 2023 dated:21.9.2023.

ELIGIBILITY & CRITERIA OF AAYAS /HELPER

1. Only Female candidates can apply.

2. The candidate must be the domicile of the village where approved school is located.

3. Candidate must be belonging to BPL category.

4. The candidate must be physically and mentally fit for the job.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Minimum qualification is 8th pass in case their is no eligible candidate available in the village / ward the candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered.

2. Preference will be given to BPL candidates in the below given order of priority

‘widow

‘Divorced

‘Orphan ‘

Poorest of the poor in the village/ward.

AGE :

The age of the candidate must be 18 to 45 years as on last date of application.in case of tie up cases the preference shall be given to the candidate senior/ older in age. HONORARIUM : Rs 5000(five thousand) per month which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.

JOB CHART OF HELPERS

1. The AAYAS/HELPERS for pre primary sections of govt. Schools shall have to perform the following jobs :

*Escorting the children at their arrival ,departure and in between activities.

*maintaining the hygiene of the children like toileting , hand washing etc.

*Helping the teachers in preparing charts and other activities of children’s etc.

*Any other assignment given by HOI for proper care of the children. The advertisement is purely on temporary basis and the candidates if selected shall not claim for permanent abortion and the candidate shall submit an undertaking in the shape of affidavit duly attested by Judicial Magistrate in this regards.

OFFICE OF THE ZONAL EDUCATION OFFICER, GANDHINAGAR,JAMMU. DOCUMMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM:

1. Date of birth certificate

2. Qualification certificate

3. Ration card (PHH/AAY)

4. Domicile certificate

5. Death certificate of husband (in case of widow ) and court order (in case of divorce) and death certificate of parent (in case of orphan). The application duly completed in all respect along with supporting document Of can-didate must reach in the concerned school of undersigned with in 10 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. If holiday fall on last date no next date will be the last date for the submission of application form. Incomplete application forms will be rejected without any intimation.

NOTE- As per direction of higher authorities, Principal/Headmaster in case of SR. Secondary School in consultation with PRI of the Panchyat/Concelor of the wards shall the authority to make selection of AAYAS after following the prescribed formalities in case of .The selection shall be made by ZEO in consultation of PRI/CONCELOR of ward.
