Anganwadi Workers and Helpers Jobs Recruitment 2023.

Application on prescribed Proforma (Annexure-B) are invited from an eligible female candidates for Recruitment of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Anganwadi Centres on Honorarium basis for the Anganwadi Centers.

Criteria for Selection of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers):

Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2023 shall be considered for the post.
Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K
In case a suitable candidate also is not available from the adjoining ward, a candidate from the nearest ward within the Panchayat can be considered subject to the approval of the Mission Director, Poshan J&K.
Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be done purely on merit basis and no other criteria to be considered.
In case the eligible candidate is available within the family of retiring AWW/AWH the said candidates shall qualify for additional two percent points.

Criteria for Selection of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

The selection of Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper) shall be restricted to the electoral ward where Anganwadi Centre is located:
Women candidates in the age group of 18-37 years as on 01-01-2023 shall be considered for the post.
Candidate should be a domicile of UT of J&K
Minimum qualification for Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helper) shall be Matriculation.
In case no matriculate candidate is available in the ward, candidates with qualification not less than VIII (8th) standard shall be considered.

The application is proforma given in Annexure-B of this notice for Requirement of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) & Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) for Anganwadi centers as per Annexure-A of this notice complete in all respects along with self-attested copies of the following documents should be sent to the office of the Undersigned by registered post or by personal delivery against proper receipt within 14 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
