Post	Qualification
PGT (Chem, Maths, PHE)	Must be a Post Graduate (with the subject in which employment is sought) with B.Ed and minimum 50% marks in each.
TGT (Eng. Hindi, Maths, S St, Science)	Graduate (with the subject in which employment is sought), B.Ed and equivalent with minimum 50% marks in each. In case a candidate has not scored 50% marks in graduation but has obtained 50% or more marks in Post-graduation in the subject, the candidature shall be valid.
PET	B.P.Ed four years Degree Course or Three years Graduation + one year B.P.Ed Diploma or 10 years service from Army Physical Training Corps (for Ex- servicemen)
Music Teacher Advertisement (Instrumentalist)	Graduate in/with Music from a recognized university.
Dance Teacher	Matriculation or equivalent with 02 yrs experience in recognized Ballet Troupe as a performing artist & 02 years exp in Dance work with children in a recognized Dance school.
Librarian	B.Lib. Science or Graduation with diploma in Library Science from recognized institute and computer literate with minimum three years experience.
Head Clerk	Preferably an Ex-Serviceman of clerk category upto the age of 55 years. 5-10 yrs exp in Office Management, account handling as Head Clerk with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting exp. Computer Savvy – MS Office etc. Minimum Graduate in case of civilian. Should not have any disciplinary case against him in the entire service.
LDC	Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex- Servicemen), Computer literate, knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour), basic knowledge of accounting.
Multitasking Staff (Peon, Electrician).	Preferably matriculate or 10 years service for Ex- Servicemen.
Gardner, Watch & Ward Staff (Security Guard)	Preferably matriculate or 10 years service for Ex- Servicemen.
Housekeeping staff	Preferably matriculate

Salary will be as per AWES Rules and Regulations.

Entry age – Below 40 years (as on 01 Apr 22) for fresh candidates & teachers who were working earlier and have at least 05 years teaching experience in the last 10 years are permitted, provided they are below 57 years (incl ESM) & age for Adm staff shall be upto 55 years at the time of initial joining.

For Adm staff preference will be given to ex-servicemen.
