Name of the post: Role-performance tester

Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to gather performance requirements and understand system architecture.
• Design and develop performance test scenarios and scripts based on performance goals and requirements.
• Execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and frameworks, and monitor system behavior during tests to identify performance bottlenecks,
• Memory leaks, and other performance-related issues.
• Analyse test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for performance improvement, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Work dosely with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues identified during testing.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering.
• Proven experience as a performance tester or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools jmeter, locust, and the ability to design and execute performance tests using these tools.
• Experience with analyzing performance test results and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
