The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform, including data management, system maintenance, development of workflows, and validation rules. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes and help improve the sales tech stack.

• Reporting Manager: VP of Business Operations

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Sales & Marketing Operations experience, ideally with a high-growth software company
• Skills: Skill in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows & validation rules, Experience working with Apex classes and triggers, Experience working directly with sales and/or customer success teams, Deep knowledge of Salesforce; knowledge of marketing automation platforms
