Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Location: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (On-site)
Company: BQE Software, an established tech company specializing in software for architecture, engineering, and other professional service firms.

The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business goals, including employee training, performance management, and recruitment. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. The manager will also analyze HR metrics to drive informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development: Designing and managing training programs.

Performance Management: Supporting career growth and performance benchmarks.

Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.

Employee Relations: Cultivating a positive work culture and effective communication channels.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in management.

Skills: Proficiency in HR software, labor laws, talent development, and excellent communication skills.
