ROLE- Email Support (Night)

Job description

Responsible for e-mail support process in a timely & accurate way.

To resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service Coordinate with the team for updates.

Regular follow-ups with customers on open cases and internal teams when required.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements Perform problem cause analysis.

Minimum Qualification: BCA, BTech Willing to join within a weeks’ time.

PREFERABLE

Knowledge of SQL Server Experience of Salesforce.

Should have min. 1 year of exp. in email support.

ROLE- DATABASE DEVELOPER

REQUIREMENTS

Should have advanced T-SQL Knowledge.

Minimum two years of working experience on Microsoft SQL servers 2005/2008/2016 (preferable)

Expert with creation of views, triggers, stored procedures and functions

Good with relational database design, development and backend programming

Good understanding of C# programming Having good hold on spoken English

Minimum qualification- Bachelors in a computer science related field.
