Suitable and willing male and female candidates may Walk-in-Interview for engagement as Specialist doctors in BSF Composite Hospital in Kashmir on a contractual basis as per the terms and conditions mentioned below:-

Name of the post: Specialist Medical Officer and General Duty Medical Officer

Date of Walk-In-Interview:-From 20th April 2023 to 05 May 2023.

Venue and Timing: – BSF Composite Hospital, Humhama Camp, Near New Srinagar Airport (J&K) at 09:30 am.

Remuneration:-

Specialist Doctors — Rs. 85,000/- Per Month:- For the whole period of the contract

Age Not more than 67 years (please also refer to para 08 below)

Educational & Professional Qualifications

(i) Specialist Doctors

A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule (other than that licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II or the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned Specialty as mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent.
1 1/2 years’ experience for Post Graduate Degree holder & 2 1/2 years for a Diploma holder in the concerned specialty after obtaining the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma or equivalent.

Medical Examination: – Immediately after the interview on the same day the candidates will be medically examined by a Board of Medical Officers detailed by the concerned Composite Hospital. The appointment will be subject to medical fitness.

Period of Contract: –

The initial contractual appointment will be for 03 years which may be extended for a further 02 years on year to year basis subject to the maximum age cap of 70 years. The total period of the contract will be five years or ti II the appointee attains he age of 70 years whichever is earlier. Thereafter, the contract will lapse automatically. However, the appointment can be terminated at any time by giving one month’s notice (on either side) without assigning any reason by paying/refunding one month’s salary.
No extension beyond the stipulated 05 years will be given. However, there is no bar on a contractual appointee applying afresh on completion of 05 years tenure.

Note:

Suitable and willing candidates may walk in for an interview to any of the place of interview of their choice on dates given against the location of Walk-in-Interview along with original & photocopies of all relevant documents (like graduate & Post Graduate Degree, age proof and experience certificate etc.) and application on the plain paper superscripting the name of the post applied for and five passport size recent photographs.

The advertisement will be valid for 01 years from its date of publication. Eligible candidates can submit their candidature any time to BSF Composite Hospital and a walk-in interview will be arranged subject to vacancy.
