Position:- Copier/Printer Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair copiers and printers at customer locations.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solution to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection to ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualification

• Technical diploma or Equivalent experience in electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience servicing copier & printers is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
