FIL Group is looking to hire a Technical field Manager for Its joint venture with global leaders specializing in the creation and production of PIP and stone fruit varieties. The position shall be based In Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir and shall be responsible for the management of production of plant materials (trees, grafts, buds) of optimum quality.

FIL Group Srinagar Jobs Details:

Position Title	Technical Field Manager
Qualification	B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Agricultural Science) preferably with plant pathology, genetics, fruit sciences, orchard management & agriculture technology.
Years of experience	Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing Independently a farm related enterprise; preferably in a Hi-tech plant nursery, orchard management etc.
Work Profile	Plan and organize the cultivation, fertilization, irrigation, protection and maintenance of stool beds for rootstocks production. Nurseries and mother tree orchard for graft and bud wood production. Ensure all production operations including agriculture inputs, field preparations, planting, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting etc. Ensure implementation of quarantine disease monitoring plan for nursery and rootstock orchards.

Compensation -As per industry standards.
Travel -Willingness to travel abroad.
Preference – Candidates with prior experience in nursery and orchard management and skilled in the use of nursery equipment and tractor sprayers.
