GMC Kathua Jobs: Advertisement for the posts of Medical Officers & Casualty Medical Officers in Govt. Medical College, Kathua and Its Associated Hospital.

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE No : 173 of GMCK of 2021 Dated : 17-11-2021

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates (Non-PSC doctors) of UT of J&K for engagement on academic arrangement basis against the following posts in terms of SO-364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020, initial­ly for a period of one year extendable upto maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good per­formance and conduct) or till the selection is made in accordance with the rules of recruitment, governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier:-

How to apply GMC Kathua

The candidates who are interested in applying for the above said posts at GMC Kathua can fill the appli­cation attached with advertisement and must submit the application form in the office of the Principal, GMC Kathua by or before 30th of November 2021.

The applications alongwith the following documents should reach the office of the Principal GMC Kathua either in person or through email ([email protected]) by or before 30th of November, 2021. No post or postal application form shall be received after the 30th of November 2021 (within working hours from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm). In case of any delay by post the responsibility for delay shall lie with the applicant concerned.

It is the sole responsibility of the applicant that the documents attached with the application form should be legible and properly arranged in a series as mentioned in the advertisement notice. Illegible, dark, washed out, misprinted documents and documents submitted after the last date of submission of application shall not be considered for evaluation. All the documents submitted by the candidates should be self attested. The doc­uments should be submitted in PDF format in case of online application. The application form sent in the form of images will not be entertained. All the candidates are advised to create the PDF of their application form only after filling the form in all respects, i.e., attaching the requisite documents in the order and self attesting all the pages.

NOTE:

Candidates need to apply separately for the post of Medical Officer and Casualty Medical Officer.

The list of documents to be attached with the application as follows:

1. Date of birth certificate (10th Diploma /Marks Card).
2. MBBS Degree and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate.
3. Post Graduation Degree and NMC/State Medical Council Registration certificate.(If Applicable)
4. Attempt Certificate and Internship Completion Certificate.
5. MBBS Marks Card All Profs. 1st to Final.
6. Higher Qualification Certificate (DM/MCh/DNB Superspeciality).(If Applicable)
7. Experience certificate issued by the Competent Authority/Head of the Institution. (If Applicable)
8. Professional publications, published in indexed/ national journals, as prescribed. (If Applicable)
9. Distinction/National Scholarship/Honours/Medals/Academic merit certificate. (If Applicable)
10. Domicile certificate of UT of J&K.

The selection of the candidate shall be made in terms of the Jammu and Kashmir Medical & Dental Education (Appointment on academic arrangement basis) rules, notified vide S.O 364 of 2020 dated 27/11/2020.
