Name of the post: Dialysis Assistant Level-4 (25500-81100)

Qualification: 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and Diploma in the Dialysis from a Government recognized institute/State Medical Faculty/State Para Medical Council.

a) Date of commencement for submission of online applications 10-05-2022.

b) Last date for submission of online applications = 18-05-2022 upto 4.00 P.M.

How to apply GMC Srinagar Jobs:

a. The necessary instructions for filling-up of online form and submission of fees details shall be available on Govt. Medical College, Srinagar, Srinagar website (www.gmcs.edu.in).

b. Separate link for filling up of online application form shall be available on the official website of Govt. Medical College, Srinagar, w.e.f 10-05-2022 (10.00 A.M. onwards).

c. Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of Govt. Medical College, Srinagar, only.

d. The requisite original documents including domicile certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed for the purpose must be produced at the time of document verification, or as and when sought by Govt. Medical College, Srinagar.

e. The candidates are required to upload the images of their recent photograph and specimen signature which should be uploaded in (Jpeg) format only.

f. Candidates have to deposit fee of Rs, 300/- through online mode only i.e., through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

g. Applications of those candidates will not be considered who do not pay the fee in online mode. ‘ ;

h. Candidates must take a print out of the application form and fee receipt after successful filling up of the application form.
