Terms & Conditions :

1. The candidates must be a permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.
2. All engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and are non-transferable.
3. Initial term of contract shall be for a period of One Year & could further be extended for a period of One Year based on the performance of the Candidates.
4. If any contractual appointee at any point of the time wilfully neglects or refuses to perform his / her services shall be immediately terminated without any notice.
5. The selected candidates shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she not claim for any regular apointment in the Department/Government.
6. The contractual appointees shall not be entitled to any preferential claim for regular appointment.
7. The services of appointees under these rules can be terminated before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month notice from either side, or payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the appointment authority.
8. A panel of candidates shall be drawn for each post/category which shall be valid for one year, and requirement of faculty shall be met out of the empanelled candidates
