Engagement/Hiring of Helpers/AAYAS Under ECCE for the Year 2024-25

In pursuance of Govt Order No. PAB-minutes 2022-23 issued vide F. No. 7-1/2022-15.4 dated: 14-06-2022 MOE, GOI and Society Order No. 07 of Chirag 2023 dated. 09-01-2023, Director Samagra Shiksha Jammu and Kashmir No: Edu/PD/SmS/ECCE/AAYA/4517-41/2024-25 Dated: 23-04-2024 and Chief Education Officer Reasi Order No. CEO/Rsi/SmS/599-603 Dated: 30-04-2024 The Village Level application on prescribed format are here by invited from the female candidates of the village in which the concerned School fails as per terms and conditions laid/Mentioned below.

How to apply:

The application duly completed in all respect along with supporting documents of candidate must reach in the office of undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this Advertisement & no form/documents shall be entertained after cutoff date. If holiday fall in last date the next date will be the last date for the submission of application form.

Terms and Conditions:

The age of the candidate must be between 18 to 45 Years as on 01-01- 2024.

The candidate shall be in receipt of honorarium of Rs. 5000/ per month which may vary as per approval in the subsequent year in PAB of Samagra Shiksha.

In case of Misconduct / Misbehavior undersigned have the right to termi- nate the helper/AAYA in consultation with panchayat Halqa and report from concerned HOI. The replacement for new AAYA / Helper shall be made within 07 days.

The job chart of the AAYA/Helper shall be issued separately. 11. If anybody feels aggrieved with the selection of AAYA/Helper an appeal shall be preferred to the Chief Education Officer Reasi within the period of 15 days from the selection and if not resolved the 2nd appeal may be filed before the Director School Education Jammu.

In case of TIE up cases the preference shall be given to the senior / elder in age.

The advertised post is purely on temporary basis and candidate if selected shall not claim for permanent absorption and the candidate shall submit an undertaking in the shape of affidavit duly attested by Judicial Magistrate in this record.
