The Indian Institute of Management (IIM)  Jammu has invited online applications for filling up the following Non-Faculty positions. This recruitment drive will fill up the vacancies of Systems Manager, Finance and Accounts Officer, Security Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer (Academics), Assistant Account Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer (International Relations), Assistant Administrative Officer (Hindi Language & Administration), Assistant Administrative Officer (Student Affairs), Secretary to Director, Chief Innovation Officer and Accountant posts.

1) Systems Manager: 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 Entry Pay: Rs. 67,700 (7th CPC)
• – Upper age limit: 50 years.
• – Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering with specialization in Computers or MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science with at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

2) Finance and Accounts Officer: 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 Entry Pay: Rs. 56,100 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• – Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant OR M. Com preferably with S.A.S or equivalent

3) Security Officer: 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Pay Scale: Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 Entry Pay: Rs. 56,100 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years.
• – Qualification: Post-graduate degree in any discipline

4) Assistant Administrative Officer (Academics): 2 Posts

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100; Entry Pay: Rs. 47,600 (7th CPC
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• – Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.

5) Assistant Account Officer: 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100 Entry Pay: Rs. 47,600 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• – Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant OR M. Com preferably with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficiency in computer operations like Excel, Data Management, MS Windows& MS Office is a must.

6) Assistant Administrative Officer (International Relations): 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100 Entry Pay: Rs. 47,600 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• – Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in any discipline

7) Assistant Administrative Officer (Hindi Language & Administration): 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100 Entry Pay: Rs. 47,600 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 40 years
• – Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Hindi with English

8) Assistant Administrative Officer (Student Affairs): 01 Post

11) Accountant: 01 Post

• – Pay Scale: Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400 Entry Pay: Rs. 35,400 (7th CPC)
• – Upper Age Limit: 35 years
• – Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance)

12) Office Assistant: 03 Posts
