1. Recruitment Overview:

Organization: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB)

Position: Executive

Total Vacancies: 344 (The number may increase or decrease based on the Bank’s requirement)

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (as of 01.09.2024)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (Regular or Distance Learning)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)

3. Job Responsibilities:

Achieve revenue targets through direct sales of IPPB products

Organize customer acquisition events and financial literacy campaigns

Assist GDS and IPPB officers in operations and customer relationship management

Support in lead generation and business growth​
