ITI Kathua Applications on plain paper are invited from the interested candidates for engagement of Guest Faculty in Govt. ITI, Kathua for conducting training in the following trade(s) on the basis of prescribed qualification mentioned against the trade. Interested candidates will submit the applications to this Office on the prescribed format forming annexure “A* to this advertisement notice upto 26-07-2022 during working hours. The selection of the Candidate will be done strictly on the basis of merit . higher relevant qualification and experience as per guidelines set by Director Skill Development Department J&K time to time.

The honorarium shall be paid as per the rulee/guidelines of the Skill Development Department J&K till the regular arrangements are made by the higher authority.

Guest Vocational Instructor (Turner)	B.Voc/Degree in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/ university with one-year experience in the relevant field OR Advertisement 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from AICTE recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of “Turner” with three years’ experience in the relevant field. Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) In any of the variants under DGT
2.	Guest Vocational Instructor (Electrician)	B.Voc/Degree in Electrical Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engmeenng College/ university with one-year experience in the relevant field. OR 03 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AlCTE/recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of “Electrician” with three years’ experience in the relevant field. Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under DGT
3.	Guest Vocational Instructor (Electrician) Self Finance	B.Voc/Degree in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/ university with one-year experience In the relevant field. OR 03 years Diploma In Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AlCTE/recognkzed board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of “Electrician” with three years’ experience in the relevant field. Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the vanants under DGT. \
A	Guest Vocational Instructor (COPA) Self Finance	B VocJDegree In Computer Science/ IT from AICTE/ UGC Recognized University with one year experience in the relevant field OR Post Graduate In Computer Science /Computer Application / IT from UGC Recognized University or NIELIT B Level with one year experience in the relevant field. OR Bachelor in Computer Science / Computer Application / IT OR PGDCA from UGC recognized University or NIELIT A Level with two year experience in the relevant field. OR 03 years Diploma In Computer Science / IT from recognized Board/ Institute or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two year experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC in COPA trade with three year experience in the relevant field Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) In any of the variants under DGT
5	Gueet Vocational Instructor Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English)	BVoc/Degree In Commerce/Arts (with Short hand & Typing) from a UGC recognized university with one-year expenence in the relevant field OR Diploma (Minimum 2 years) in commercial practice from recognized board or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of Stenographer Secretarial Assistant (English) with three year experience in the relevant field Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under DGT.
6	Guest Vocational Instructor (Mechanic Motor Vehicle)	B.Voc/Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engmeenng College/ university with one-year expenence in the relevant field OR 3 years Diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering from AICTE recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years’ experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of “Mechanic Motor Vehicle ” with three years’ experience in the relevant field. Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under DGT Must possess Valid LMV Driving Licence.
7	Guest Vocational Instructor (Employability Skill)	MBA/BBA/ Any Graduate /Diploma in any Discipline with two year Experience wrth Short Term TOT Course in Employability Skills from DGT Institute (Must have Studied English /Communication Skills and Basic Computer at I2^iri /Diploma Level and Above OR Existing Social studies Instructors in ITI’s with short term TOT Course in Employability Skills from DGT Institutes
8	Guest Theory Instructor (Basohll Paintings)	Degree in Fine Arts (BFA)

The duly Completed Application Form in the prescribed format must be accompanied with the self attested copies of the following certificates/documents

Academic/Technlcal Qualification Certlflcate/Marks Certificate.
O.B Certificate. *
Aadhar Card.
Character Certificate.
Experience certificate, if any.
Domicile Certificate.
In case of age bar. Govt. Recruitment rules shall be followed.

The Engagement of Guest faculty will be for the Academic session 2022-23 only on need basis The assignment of the engagee shall be terminated without any prior notice whenever the undersigned desires/due to non-performance by the engagee /if regular appointments/ transfers are made by the Department/ otherwise.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any application/candidature of candidate or advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.

The criteria for engagement of the candidate as Guest Faculty and remuneration to be paid shall be observed strictly as per the Guidelines/lnstructions issued by the Directorate of Skill Development. J&K from time to time.

The candidates engaged shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the entire satisfaction of the students as well as the Superintendent. Indiscipline of any kind will entail disengagement. The engaged candidate shall have to execute an agreement with the Department on the prescribed format duly attested by the First class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department on the sole ground of their engagement as Guest Faculty for the specific period.

Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for this engagement and the engagement shall be made only as per the requirement available. Incomplete application (not supported with documents) shall be rejected without any notice to the candidate.
