Sub:        Academic arrangement in Polytechnics and ITIs.

ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications on the prescribed format forming Annexure-A to this Advertisement Notice are invited from eligible candidates for temporary engagement for academic arrangement in the Govt. Polytechnics and ITIs as mentioned below for conducting theory classes of various Heritage Craft Courses as shown against each on monthly honorarium of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) only for one academic session starting from March, 2016:

Minimum three vear Diploma in Handloom Technoloav

The applications duly completed in all respects shall be submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, Near Govt. Boys Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk, Jammu by 5,h of March, 2016 alongwith copies of the following certificates:-

1. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificates including marks certificate.  
2. Date of Birth Certificate. S
3. State Subject Certificate.  
4. Experience Certificate.  

The candidates should belong to the district in which their services are required to be utilized. In case, there is no application form the concerned district, application form the other district will be entertained.The academic arrangement will be for a period of one academic year only and shall automatically cease on the completion of the academic session and will not be extended further.

The selection of the candidates shall be made from amongst the eligible candidates purely on merit basis and the selected candidates shall be placed in the respective institutes to ensure the functioning of the course. Mare submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for his engagement in the arrangement and the arrangement shall be made only as per the requirement in the respective institutions. Incomplete applications not supported with required documents shall be rejected without serving any notice to the candidate. The candidate having higher qualification, teaching experience shall be given preference. Engaged candidates will have to execute an agreement with the department on the prescribed format duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that the arrangement shall be only for one academic session and they shall have no claim for permanent absorption in the department on the sole ground of his temporary engagement in academic engagement for the specific period.
