Subject: Advertisement Notice for filling up of Class IV ( Cook male) in the fixed pay scale as per SRO-202 of 2015 dated: 30-06-2015

Application forms are invited from the male candidates who are permanent resident of the District Jammu for filling up of 01 post of Cook in Social Welfare Department District Jammu under Jammu & Kashmir Special Recruitment rules,2015 as per below details on prescribed format given at annexure “A” and shall be entitled to the minimum of scale of pay along with the grade pay applicable to the post as per SRO 202 of 2015 dated: 30.06.2015.
This is In pursuance to the Govt Order No : 735-GAD of 2008 dated : 30-05-2008 read with Govt Order No : 731-GAD of 2010 dated :24-06-2010 , and Director Social Welfare Department Jammu’s No DSWJ/Estt/3264/16 dated 09-03-2016 for recruitment of cook (male) in the social welfare Department in the District Jammu.

The applicant must fulfil the following eligibility conditions.

01. The age of the applicant should not exceed the age limit as men-
03 . Qualification (As per SRO 99 of 2008)

a) Minimum Matriculation from recognized Board/University

and

b) Maximum 10+2 from recognized Board/University and With

atleast 8 weeks training in cooking

from Government/ Govt, recognized institute.

04 The applicant must be permanent resident of the District Jammu.

05 The applicant must attach attested photo copies of the following Certificates / testimonials with the application form ( No under process certificate will be accepted).

i. Permanent Resident Certificate.

ii. Matriculation Diploma for Date of Birth.

iii. All academic qualification certificates along with marks cards.

iv. Reserved category certificate if any issued by the competent authority.

v. Cooking certificate from the Government institute/ government recognised institute along with marks card.

vi. A copy of recent passport size photograph of the applicant duly attested by the gazetted officer to be pasted on the application form

vii. Character certificate

viii. Self addressed envelope with postal stamp worth Rs.5/=

05. Terms and condition

i. The application form duly filled and completed in all respects should be delivered By hand or by registered post in the office of District Social Welfare Office Jammu Behind District Jail Complex Jammu Near

Kasshmiri Pandit Shaba Amphalla Jammu.

ii. Reservation rules shall be applicable as per standing directions from the govt.

iii. Applications found incomplete in any manner during the scrutiny shall be rejected.

06. Candidates found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated documents which have been tempered with or making in correct or false statements suppressing material information will tender him/her liable of criminal prosecution.

07. No application shall be accepted after the expiry of last date.

08. The application should reach in this office by or before 31-03-2016

09. In case of receipt of huge number of application, the candidates
