Terms & Conditions

I. Initial service hiring of all the persons will be on contractual basis for a maximum period of one year at a time and renewable for one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance.

ii. Maximum age limit for Retired Govt. Officials will be 65 years.

iii. Applicants should belong to and physically residing in the concerned Medical block in TU/ Block level contractual posts viz STS to be certified by the local Revenue Authority/ Local panchyat. In case no eligible candidate is found from the concerned block, the eligible candidate from a nearby block will be selected. In that case selected candidate w ill have to stay at the duty headquarter.

iv. In block level hiring of serv ices, the merit list of block will be prepared and accordingly will be considered for selection. Similarly in District level hiring of services only the candidates of Erstwhile District Udhampur will be eligible to apply.

v. Suitable number (at least 5:1 ratio) of candidates in the panel may be kept in waiting list which should be valid up to one year from date of joining the first candidate

vi. In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc detected at any stage of selection process, the candidature shall be rejected without the notice, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.

vil The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the selection committee as and when required. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature.

viil No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the selection process.

ix. Qualifications obtained through Distance Mode or off campus (Study Centre) will not be entertained except NIELIT (formerly DOEACC & CEDTI) and IGNOU. Certificate issued by concerned university with regard to Distance Education Qualification acquired within their Campus be enclosed with their application form else application will not be considered for selection process.

x. Those who will join RNTCP as contractual personnel will have to render the services on full time basis and no others job will be allowed if found doing another job. His /Her contract will be terminated.

xi. Those who have been terminated or resigned the RNTCP need not apply.

Every one joining the program must agree to have:

1. A Mobile contact number working for incoming calls at least during duty hours

2. Should reside at the duty headquarter

3. Should be computer literate (except Driver)

4. Should have PAN / Aadhar card number

5. At the time of execution of agreement, consultancy fees w ill be subjected to TDS at applicable rates.
