Total number of posts advertised = ( 06 )

Fresh online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for the post shown against item Code No. 1. mentioned in Annexure “A” to this notification who:-

Are permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir State;

Are having age as on 01-01-2019

• Not below 18 years; and
• Not above:-
• 40 years in case of Open Merit
• 43 years in case of SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC candidates
• 42 years in case of physically challenged candidates
• 48 years in case of Ex-Servicemen.
• 40 years in case of candidates in Government Service/Contractual employees;

Are in possession of the prescribed academic / professional / technical qualification and fulfil all other eligibility conditions wherever required as shown against the post/item in the Annexure-A by or before last date of submission of Application Forms i.e.,25-03-2019. Have deposited fee of Rs. 360/-

Note: –

The number of vacancies may increase or decrease, depending on their availability at the timeo^ selection.

The selection shall be made as per J&K Reservation Rules, 2005.

The selection shall be made on the basis of Written Test followed by viva voce.

The eligible candidates in respect of the posts shall have to appear in the test to be prescribed by the Selection Committee on the date(s) to be notified separately through print / electronic media and no separate call letters will be mailed to the candidates.

No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for test / interview.

Qualification acquired after the last date of submission of application shail not be taken into consideration.

Applications along with the prescribed fee will be received only through online mode on recruitment portal of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir link of which will be activated on 11-03-2019 on the website of the High Court: http://jkhighcourt.in

Before applying online, the candidates are advised to carefully go through the guidelines for online submission of forms. These guidelines will be available on the online portal of the High Court.
