1 Head of Engineering Wing (Equivalent to the status of Chief Engineer/ Superintending Engineer) 1
Minimum Qualification Working Experience B.E/B.Tech (Civil) Min 20 years Post Qualification
Salary (CTC) / month in Rupees 1.25 lacs

2 Electrical Engineer (Equivalent to the status of A.E.E) 1
Minimum Qualification Working Experience B.E/B.Tech (Electrical) Min 10 years Pint Qualification
Salary (CTC) / month in Rupees 0.70 lacs

3 Statistical Officer Planning 1
Minimum Qualification Working Experience M. Sc Statistics Min. 05 years Post Qualification
Salary (CTC) / month in Rupees 0.30 lacs

4 Social /Environmental Expert 1
Minimum Qualification Working Experience Master Degree  Social work/Sociology /Master Degree in Environmental Sciences Min. 05 years Post Qualification
Salary (CTC) / month in Rupees 0.50 lacs

5 Company Secretary 01
Minimum Qualification Working Experience Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretanes of India with a minimum of 05 years post qualification experience & Min.05 having sound knowledge of Companies Act. Candidates having experience m working with Govt. Companies shall be given preference. Years Post Qualification
Salary (CTC) / month in Rupees 0.75 Lacs

Terms and Conditions:-

The appointments shad be purely on contract basis for a period of three years only The suitability of the candidates shall be reviewed at the end of one year and on the satisfaction of Jammu Smart city Limited, the tenure shall be continued for the next two years or such period as may be required.
