J&K Police Department require following teachers and Librarian on contractual basis:

2	PGT Zoology (Either 1 or 2)	01	1. (a) Master’s Degree in Zoology with Zoology at graduate level; Or MSc in Life Science with Zoology and Botany at graduate level. AND (b) Degree in Education 2. MSc Ed. in Zoology from Regional college of Education, NCERT.
3	PGT Physics (Either 1 or 2)	01	²(a) Master’s Degree in Physics with Physics at Graduate level; Or Post-graduate Diploma in Physics awarded by the University of Delhi; AND (b) Degree or recognized Diploma in Education ³MSc Ed. in Physics concerned from Regional college of Education, NCERT.

7	PGT Commerce	01	(a) Master’s Degree in Commerce M.Com/MA(Com) with Commerce at Graduate level. AND (b) Degree or recognized Diploma in Education
8	PGT Political Science	01	(a) Master’s Degree in Political Science/Public Administration/ International Relations with Political Science at Graduate level; AND (b) Degree or recognized Diploma in Education
9	PGT Geography	01	(a) Master’s Degree in Geography with Geography at Graduate level; AND (b) Degree or recognized Diploma in Education
10	Librarian	01	Bachelors Degree in Library Science Or Graduate with a one-year diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institute.

General Instructions:

(a) Candidate who has Master’s Degree in the subject concerned with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for the Posts mentioned at S. No. 1 to 9.

(b) For the post of Librarian, candidate who has at least 50% marks at Bachelor’s Degree level, is eligible to apply.

(c) 3 Years teaching experience preferably in CBSE School(s), knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency in the English language is required for the Posts mentioned at S. No. 1 to 9.

(d) 2 Years experience preferably in CBSE School(s), knowledge of Computer Applications and proficiency in the English language is required for the Post of Librarian mentioned at S. No. 10.

Age Limit: 40 years or less as on 30.05.2018.

Salary: Rs.27,500/- per month (Consolidated) for the Posts mentioned at S. No. 1 to 9 and Rs.18,000/- per month (Consolidated) for the post of Librarian mentioned at S. No.10.

Application Fees: Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500/- as Demand Draft along with the duly filled application form payable to Administrative Officer (IGP Armed Jammu Zone) at Jammu for the above mentioned posts mentioned at S. No. 1 to 10.

Last Date: Interested candidates are requested to apply in prescribed application format on or before 25 June 2018 (Monday) 3.30 PM.
