B. Arch, or equivalent 10 years experience in teaching / Research / Professional Work. Experience of guiding research

M. Arch or equivalent 08 years of experience in teaching / Research / Professional work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. All engagements shall be purely on contractual basis and are non- transferrable.
2. Initial term of contract shall be for one year which may be further extended based on performance of the candidate. The selected candidates shall submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment in the Department/Government.
3. If at any point of time the appointee willfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her lawful duties in prescribed manner, his/her service shall be immediately terminated without any notice.
4. Contractual appointment made under these rules shall not entitle the candidate to any preferential claim for regularization against normal process of selection/appointment to Government services.
5. Services of the appointee under these rules shall be terminable before expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month prior notice from either side or payment of one month’s salary in lieu of notice by the Appointing Authority.
