ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE Applications are invited from eligible candidate and permanent resident of J&K States for contractual hiring of services under National Health Mission, J&K for following vacant posts as per details given as under:

Selection of the candidate shall be made based on the State merit as the case may be (as per the decision of the Governing Body circulated vide No. SHS/NRHM/J&K/P&S/GB Meeting 2014/K/11787-804 dated 02-07-2014).

How to apply

Application as per prescribed format should be sent to the Jammu office of National Health Mission, Jammu personally or by Regd. Post on or before 21st April, 2017 at State Health Society, Near Sainik School, Nagrota, Jammu.

 List of documents to be attached with the application form:

i. Date of Birth Certificate;
ii. Permanent Resident Certificate;
iii. Degree/ Diploma from the recognized university/ institute for the required qualification as per the post applied for;
iv. Marks sheet of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for;
v. Experience certificate in relevant field with date and stamp of the issuing authority
