Sub: Advertisement for Lateral entry of faculty members from Health Department & Govt. Medical College Jammu / Srinagar for appointment in newly established Medical College at Doda.

In reference to the communication received from Administrative Department, applications are invited from the eligible candidates working in Department of Health and Govt. Medical Colleges Jammu / Srinagar for lateral entry against the various posts for which they arc eligible as per the recruitment rules for such posts, in the New Medical College at Doda as per the details mentioned below:

The selection of the candidates for such posts shall be made by the committee constituted by the Govt, for Govt. Medical College Doda.

The faculty members from Govt. Medical Colleges Jammu/Srinagar applying for such posts in new Medical College Doda shall have to produce an Essentiality/ No Objection Certificate from the concerned Principal Medical College stating that his/her leaving the institution shall not affect the teaching, training and research in the parent institution and the Head of the Institution has no objection.

Similarly, the consultants from the Health Department applying for such posts in new Medical College Doda shall have to produce an Essentiality/ No Objection Certificate from the concerned Director Health stating that his/her leaving the institution shall not affect the patient care, in the parent institution and the Head of the Institution has no objection.

The candidates shall have to produce the relevant experience certificate for the posts for which he/she is applying from the respective Head of Departments. No other certificate shall be entertained. The application forms along with all the requisite documents shall reach the office of the undersigned by or before 18-08-2019.

The candidates are advised to submit the copies of the following documents with their application form:

1. MBBS Degree and MCI Registration Certificate

2. Post-Graduate Degree and MCI Registration Certificate

3. Higher qualification Certificate DM/MCH only

4. Experience Certificate issued by the competent authority/Head of the Institution.

5. Professional Publications in a indexed/ National Journals as prescribed.

6. Date of birth Certificate

7. Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).

The selection shall be made in accordance with the rules prescribed vide Government Order No. 44-HME of 2019 dated 11.01.2019.

The merit shall be calculated as per the selection criteria referred above for the purpose of the selection.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Chairperson of the Selection committee shall be final.
