WALK – IN – INTERVIEW FOR THE POSTS OF STUDENTSHIP IN DBT- SPONSORED PROJECT ON BIOINFORMATICS

A Walk-in-interview will be conducted in the School of Biotechnology, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra on December, 2015 at 2.00PM to select one position of Research Associate in Bioinfonnatics.

The position will be available initially up to March 31,2016 extendable for period of one year. Interested candidates having the under-mentioned qualifications may attend the Walk-in interview in the office of Director School of Biotechnology SMVDU, Katra on 14th December, 2015 at 2.00PM along with relevant papers. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Walk-in interview. No interim enquiries would be entertained.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Biotechnology/Bioinfomiatics with 55%

marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have experience in using Bioinfonnatics softwares, Linux, UNIX and programming skills. NET / GATE qualified candidates will be given preference.

Desirable: Exposure in Bioinformatics. Emoluments: Rs. 22,000 + HRA/PM.

Eligible candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview with detailed CV, Qualification along with originals for verification purposes and two self attested passport size photographs.
