BUSINESS HEAD

Must have 10-12 years of management experience in the auto industry at an auto dealership and / or auto manufacturer level. Should possess a demonstrated ability to manage all financial and management aspects of a business as well as hire, manage, and retain quality employees. Preferred knowledge and experience in sales of luxury automobiles within the Indian market (typically cars costing INR 1.5 million and above and 2 wheelers costing INR 1 million and above.

SALES MANAGER

Must be a graduate with minimum 5-7 years work experience. Must be able to manage all sales activities, develop a strong functioning team and conduct product training for the sales force. Will be responsible for motorcycle, accessories and merchandise sales.

SALES CONSULTANT

Must be a graduate with analytical sales skills and minimum 3-5 years work experience. Must work effectively within all areas of the dealership, develop new prospects and complete all sales activities. Should be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be an active rider themselves.

MARKETING MANAGER

Must be an MBA graduate with minimum 5 years work experience. Must be proficient in planning and executing marketing strategies, advertising, and conducting product promotions consistent with goals and objectives of the Harley’ brand. Should also have leadership qualities and good communication skills.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Must be a graduate with minimum 3-5 years work experience. Must have strong communication skills, good etiquette and excellent analytical skills. Will be responsible for assisting employees in ensuring the best customer experience.

PARTS & ACCESSORIES SALES EXECUTIVE

Must be a graduate with minimum 3-5 years work experience in the auto industry. Must possess good communication skills and knowledge of automobile parts and accessories and inventory management.

CHAPTER MANAGER

Must be a graduate with minimum 3-5 years work experience preferably in automobile industry. Good communication skills. Will be responsible for managing chapter membership statuses, creating events, tracking participation and communicating with members.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE SALES EXECUTIVES

Must have minimum 3-5 years of work experience and knowledge of the latest fashion trends. Should be smart, ambitious and a team player. Will be responsible for managing the merchandise department’s retail operations.

SERVICE MANAGER

Must be a postgraduate. B. Tech or diploma holder in automobile engineering with minimum 8-10 years work experience. Should possess computer skills, people management skills and a high process orientation approach.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Must have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering / IT with complete knowledge of auto diagnostics and mechanical and electrical repair of high-end automobiles. Must also have minimum 6-8 years of practical experience. Possession of computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

SERVICE CONSULTANT

Must be a diploma holder/ graduate with adequate technical knowledge and minimum 3-5 years work experience in a similar capacity. Should be capable of understanding customers’ vehicles, diagnosing problems and meeting schedules. Will be responsible for managing technicians and communicating job status to customers. Good communication skills also required.

MERCHANDISE MANAGER/MERCHANDISER

Must have worked at a retail chain / store in purchase, visual merchandising, retail sales and inventory management. Should have experience in designing and managing all merchandise related campaigns and promotions. Must also have prior experience in establishing procedures tor ordering, receiving, logging into inventory, displaying, selling and restocking merchandise.
