2. Qualification Certificates/ Degree(s) (photocopies duly self attested as well as original).
3. Experience certificate (photocopies duly self attested as well as original).
4. Proof regarding date of birth (photocopy duly self attested as well as original).
5. Two self attested passport size photographs.
