The Grand Mamta Hotel is a fast growing luxury hotel chain and requires services of skilled professionals with the ability to excel in a challenging role. Vacant positions are Hotel Operations Manager, Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager, Hotel Human Resources Manager

The Grand Mamta Jobs Details

Hotel Operations Manager (1):

Eligibility: Must have a bachelors degree in hotel management with 3-5 years of experience in a reputed star hotel must take responsibility of day to day operations and ensure guest satisfaction, hotel is properly maintained, manage staffing and provide strategic inputs.

Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager (1):

Eligibility: Must have a bachelors degree in hotel or business management minimum experience of 3-5 years in a star hotel must be able to prepare a business plan and strategies should have through knowledge of local/international market and industry trends with excellent and monitoring and evaluation skills must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office system with perfect command of written and spoken English.

Hotel Human Resources Manager (1):

Eligibility: Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent in business administration human resources 3-5 years of experience in similar position in a multinational environment should be fully conversant with local labor laws, health and safety rules. Hands-on with human resources information system HRIS, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
