FOR CORE SUBJECT:
1. Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks and
2. M.Ed degree from a recognised University with minimum 55% marks
OR
1. Postgraduate degree (MA) in Education with minimum 55% marks and
2. B.Ed degree with minimum 55% marks

FOR CURRICULUM AND PEDAGOGIC SUBJECTS
1. Postgraduate degree in Sciences/Social Science/Languages with minimum 55% marks and
2. M.Ed degree with minimum 55% marks or MA Education with B.Ed

FOR SPECIALIZED COURSES PHYSICAL EDUCATION
1. Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with minimum 55% marks.
