Hiring of staff in District Health Society, Kathua on contractual basis under various schemes for the year 2020-21
District Health Society, Kathua invites applications for the following vacant posts under various health schemes & at various health institutions of the district. Jobs under NHM, NPCDCS, NVBCP, NMHP.

How to apply The applications duly addressed to Vice Chairman Chief medical Officer District Health Society Kathua . should be submitted to the office of CMO Kathua by 20th November 2020.

Last Date 20th November 2020

The numbers of posts are subjected to change (increase / decrease) after prior notification Contractual Terms:

1 Must be the resident of UT of J&K , Distt Kathua .

2. Local Criteria as applicable under rules & stated against each post shall be followed for selection

3. Contract will be offered by the District Health Society, Kathua

4 Age limit has been specified against each category

5. Initial contract will be for the period of 1 year co-terminus with the financial year (i.e 31st March 2021), Further renewable shall be based on performance of the individual & continuation of the scheme.

6 In case of female married candidates for the above said posts the residential proof will be considered from in-Law- side

7 No TA /DA will be admissible to the candidates coming for Screening test /interview

8. In case any deficiency/forgery in genuineness in his documents found at any stage during verification of documents or known from any reliable source, his candidature/selection for engagement shall be disqualified/terminated

9 Documents to be enclosed with the application form –

• a. 10th Mark sheet & Diploma
• b 12th Mark sheet & Diploma (where ever applicable)
• c. Technical Qualification all mark sheets & Diploma
• d. Registration certificate with the state Medical Council / Appropriate authority e State subject/ Domicile & Adhaar Card.
