Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC Dated 09.05.2024, for the posts in different categories (Non-Gazetted), in the High Court of  Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

CORRIGENDUM

In terms of the Advertisement Notification referred to above, different categories of posts as mentioned in “Annexure-A” to the said notification were advertised. The reservation for various categories was to be made in terms of S.O. 127 dated 20.04.2020, as was mentioned in Clause (m) of aforementioned notification. However, since the J&K Reservation Rules, 2005, have been amended and in terms of the Notification S.O. No. 176 dated 15.03.2024, Rule-2 of the aforementioned Rules, certain reserved categories have been omitted/ added and substituted and vide S.O No. 305 dated 21.05.2024, Rule (5) (sub-rule-1) of the J&K Reservation Rules. 2005, the table relating to the running roster has also been amended, as such, the reservation of posts/vacancies as stated in “Annexure-A” of the aforementioned Advertisement Notification shall be determined in terms of the amendment made in the J&K Reservation Rules, 2005, as per S.O 176 dated 15.03.2024 and S.O 305 dated 21.05.2024.

The details of the modification/changes in the Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC dated 09.05.2024, in view of amendment shall be as under:

1. That Clause (m), which reads as ‘the reservation for various categories would be determined as per the provision of S.O. 127 dated 20.04.2020″ stands omitted and shall now be read as the reservation for various categories would be determined as per the provision of S.O 176 dated 15.03.2024 and S.O 305 dated 21.05.2024″.

2. That “Annexure-A” to the Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2024/RR/RC Dated 09.05.2024, is omitted and shall stand Substituted by new “Annexure-A” as follows:

3. That the candidates who have already submitted their application forms under any reserved Category, which now stands substituted, shall have to re-submit their new Category certificates, if any, for which edit option will be provided on the Online portal.
