JK NHM Jobs Recruitment 2022. Staff Nurse, Laboratory Technician, and Operation Theatre Technician

JK NHM Jobs: Applications are invited from the eligible candidates of District Pulwama for the posts to be selected on a contractual basis, tabulated below, as per the criteria shown. The application forms can be obtained from the Chief Medical Officer’s Office Pulwama on any working day up to 13-08-2022 by 2:00 pm against a cash payment of Rs 100.

Application Forms: The interested candidates may deposit their application forms by or before 13-08-2022 up to 04:00 PM 

Document required:

• 10th Marks Sheet.
• Date of Birth.
• Diploma/Degree Marks Sheets (all semesters).
• Diploma/Degree Certificate.
• Experience Certificate as per advertisement notice.
• Domicile Certificate (In case a candidate doesn’t possess the Domicile Certificate he/she can apply. However same shall be mandatorily required at the time of his/ her selection).
• Married / Unmarried Certificate for female duly sealed & signed by concerned Tehsildar.
• Applications not falling in the prescribed criteria or without the aforementioned documents shall be rejected rightly

Terms and Conditions:

• The contract will be for a period of One Year ending 31st March 2023. However, the period of the contract can be extended on the basis of the performance of the selected candidate.
• Application /s can be rejected by the screening committee if found deficiency in documents/ not eligible as per required criteria. As such ineligible candidates need not apply.
• For PHC Khrew(*) local Criteria will be followed. The candidates belonging to listed villages are initially eligible to apply for the Post if and in case no application from listed villages is received then the local criteria will be relaxed as per the guideline.
• For the post vacant in District Hospital, candidates residing in District Puhwama are eligible to apply for the posts and for the posts vacant at Community Health Centre the candidates of the said Block are eligible to apply for the vacant posts.
• The number of vacancies are only indicative. The number of posts may increase or decrease.
