The Jammu and Kashmir Biodiversity Council is monitoring the formulation and updating of Peoples Biodiversity Registers (PBRs) being prepared by the BMCs in Jammu as well as Kashmir provinces of the U.T, In order to update the PBRs in the field at BMCs level, the Member Secretary J&K UT Biodiversity Council/ Director Jammu and Kashmir Forest Research Institute invites applications from interesting candidates of Jammu Region for a walk-in test to engage suitable candidates as JRF for updation of PBRs purely on temporary basis, for a period upto ending March, 2022 under the funding available with the JKFRI. The eligibility, educational qualification, monthly emoluments and number of positions are as below.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligible candidates, satisfying above criteria should report by 10.00 AM for registration and scrutiny of documents on 13.12.2021 followed by the Walk-in test on the same day at 11 AM.
2. Candidates should bring the application indicating qualification and experience along with one passport size photograph, true copies of testimonials of educational qualifications, research experience, marks sheets of all examinations, etc.
3. All original documents /certificates must be produced at the time of registration.
