On behalf of District Health Society (National Health Mission) Rajouri, the all eligible Candidates are hereby informed they can come for Walk-In for interview on o 17-05-2021 for hiring of Services for following categories of posts for a period of three months extendable upto six months for management of COVID-19 under emergency response and health system preparedness package (ECRP).

NHM Rajouri Jobs Terms & Conditions of engagement:

1. Initially the candidates shall be hired for a period of 3 months and extendable upto 6 months depending upon the implementation of Scheme.
2. The hiring is purely on temporary basis and shall not confer any right or preferential claim for permanent absorption in the department.
3. The selected candidates shall have to sign a contract with the District Health Society, on stamp paper strictly as per guidelines of NHM duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate, not below the rank of Tehsildar.
4. The hiring shall also be governed by other Terms & Conditions, which are not specifically mentioned herein, but are made applicable in case of such appointments at any time by DHS.
5. The ‘Local” criteria shall be applicable as defined in NHM framework.

Documents to be enclosed with the application form:

1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Marks Certificate of 10^th
3. Marks Certificate of 10+2
4. Basic/ essential qualification certificates.
5. Degree/ Diploma of requisite Qualification.
6. Marks sheet of all years/one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the years of the Degree /Diploma.
7. Domicile certificate issued by Tehsildar concerned.
8. 2 Passport size Photographs.
