Educational Qualifications:
Finance Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accounting from a recognized university or college.
Gender and Youth Officer: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, or related field from a recognized university or college.
Manager MIS and IT: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university or college.

Experience:

Finance Officer : 3–5 years in financial accounting for candidates with post-graduation; 5–7 years for candidates with graduation. Must be proficient in Tally or other accounting software, spreadsheets, and have a working knowledge of audits and compliance.

Gender and Youth Officer : 3–5 years of experience in implementing gender/youth-related programs. Experience in community mobilization, empowerment tools, and working with UT-level policies is essential.

Manager MIS and IT : 2–3 years of software development experience. Strong understanding of RDBMS, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, Oracle databases, and relevant development frameworks. Candidates must have 3 years of professional experience in computer programming for government web-based software.
