Application on plain paper are invited from the candidates(Non PSC/ Retired) for engagement on “Academic Arrangement Basis” in terms of SRO-24 of 2019 ,dated: 10-01-2019, initially for a period of six (6) months extendable up to maximum of one year (subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/ promotion is made in accordance with the rules recruitment, governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.

In view of urgency the willing candidates shall attend this office for walk – in interview on 06-04-2020 at 11:00 AM.

Note:

a. The selection shall be made in accordance with the rules prescribed in the Government Order No.130 HME-2018,131HME of 2018,132 HME-2018 dated 19-02-2018 and

b. amendments thereof vide Government Order No. 680-HME of 2018 dated 10-12-2018. The appointment under these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment.

c. Further , the appointment on academic arrangement basis shall by itself stand terminated on the attainment of 65 years of age by the appointee.

d. The academic arrangement shall cease on joining of regular appointed candidates selected and posted by the competent authority on regular basis.

e. The selected candidates shall have to enter into an arrangement that they will not leave the institution before the completion of six months contract. Abandoning/terminating of the arrangement as the case may be, will require one months prior notice on either side failing which the salary shall not be paid for one month to the incumbent which shall always remain in deposit with the Department and will be released in completion of terms & conditions

f. In – service candidate may not apply.

g. Candidates for the posts should not be of more than (63) years of age as on the date of issuance of notice.

h. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualification.

The candidates shall submit the copies of the following documents with their applications:-

1. Qualification Certificates/ Marks Certificates.

2. Experience Certificate issued by the Competent Authority / Head of the Institution.

3. Date of Birth Certificate.
