Name of the post: Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to boost brand presence and market share.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target key markets to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, production and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Travel extensively within J&K (UT) to meet customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cement or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A solid educational background in marketing, business, or related fields.
