Name of the post: Administrative Assistant (GL-5),JAMMU

Requirment: Candidate having minimum education of High School Diploma along with at least five (5) years of experience in administrative services is required.

The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to 3 year for candidates who possess First-level university degree or higher.

Note:

Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as MS Word, and MS Excel is required. Experience providing support in the areas of calendar management, planning and arranging travel for field visits to operational settings is desirable. Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools e.g SAP is desirable. Experience within the United Nations Common system or comparable international organization is desirable. Technical knowledge of maintenance of electrical equipment e.g ACs, Geysers, Electrical installations etc. is desirable.
