LAHDC Recruitment 2019 Hiring under NHM NPCDCS scheme .

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for contractual hiring of services under the scheme NPCDCS of National Health Mission (NHM) for the following posts as per detail given below:

Category of Post/ Remuneration:

General Phvsician. MBBS

Remuneration @ Rs.30,000/PM

(Age up to 65 Years)

(Under NPCDCS, at D.H.Kargil, CHC Sankoo, Drass & Chiktan)

Qualification/ Experience.:

MBBS Degree from any institute recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).

Age: up to 65 years.

Category of Post/ Remuneration:

Epidemiologist

Remuneration @ Rs.30,000/PM

(Under NPCDCS, CMO Office)

No of Posts: 01 posts

Qualification/ Experience.:

MBBS Degree from any Institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI). Diploma/ Master in Public Health/ or MD/DNB in prevention & Social Medicine/ Community /Community Health Administration/MBA (Health Care Administration).

At least 3-4 years experience in Health Management/ Public Health Programme. Age: up to 50 years.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. Candidate should be permanent resident of J&K State.
2. Hiring will be purely on contractual basis. Initial contract will be for a period of one year and further extension will be subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate/ approval of the post by the Ministry of Health & Family GOI.
3. Contractual appointee shall not be entitled to any claim for regular appointment under normal process of selection.
4. The hiring shall be governed by other terms and conditions as are not specifically mentioned herein but are made applicable in case of such appointment at any time by the contracting authority.
5. Applications incomplete in any respect or without requisite documents or received after the due date shall not be entertained / accepted.
6. This office reserves the right to short list the number of candidates to be called for interview if found possible.
7. Applications as per prescribed format should be submitted to the office of Chief Medical Officer Karqil personally or by post up to 15.06.2019. If the last date is declare as holiday next working day shall be the last date for receipt of application.
8. Any further information including list of short-listed candidates, date of interview, etc shall be uploaded on the website kargilgov.in .Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated through the website. No individual communication to the candidate shall be made in this regard.

List of documents to be attached with the application form:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Permanent residence certificate.
3. Degree certificate of the required qualification for the post applied.
4. Marks sheet of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for.
