Applications on plain paper giving full details of CV and research experience are invited for engagement of one position of the Junior Research Fellow co-terminus with the project entitled “Prevalence, characterization and molecular epidemiology of Mycobacterial infections in free ranging Kashmir stag (Hangul) and captive Double -Humped camel, Mithun and Yak of Eastern and Western Himalayas” operational in the Division of Veterinary Microbiology& Immunology, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Shuhama.

Minimum Qualification

Post Graduate Degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology with NET qualification or B.V.Sc & A.H Degree with NET qualification or Post Graduate Degree in Veterinary Microbiology/ Vety. Biotechnology/ Vety. Public Health/ Vety. Biochemistry or Vety. Medicine.
Or
Postgraduate degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology or graduate/ post graduate degree in Veterinary sciences selected through a process described through any one of the following

(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Test. CSIR/UGC/-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
(b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DoS, DRDO, MHRD, lCAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.

The engaged JRF shall be paid and governed by the terms and conditions of the sponsoring agency/ University. The applications should reach to the undersigned by or before 09-05-2022. The date of interview of eligible candidates shall be communicated later.

The JRF shall have no legal right to claim his/ her regularization/ appointment in the University.

No TA/DA is permissible for attending the interview.
